[섭취방법]

성인은 1일 2회, 아침(식전),저녁 공복에 1회 5g을 온수 또는 냉수에 타거나 직접 드십시오.
15세 이하의 어린이는 위 섭취량의 절반을 드십시오.

[How to take]
Adults: Add 5g in warm or cold water or drink the product twice a day in the morning(before a meal)  and evening(empty stomach).
